It appearing by Affidavit of Out-of State or Unkown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, SARAH ADAMS, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent, SARAH ADAMS, serve upon RANDALL STEPHENS, whose address is 2274 GROVELAND DRIVE BLUEFIELD, WV 24701, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or BEFORE OCTOBER 12, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
