THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS THE ADOPTION OF MAKALA ELAINE FITZWATER AND FOR CHANGE OF NAME TO MAKALA ELAINE GILKERSON
It appearing by the Petitioners’ Affidavit for Order of Publication, herebefore filed in this action, that the whereabouts of the biological father, Walter K. Fitzwater, is unknown, it is hereby ordered that anyone interested in or having objections to the adoption of Makala Elaine Fitzwater, including the biological father, Walter K. Fitzwater, be notified that a hearing is scheduled before the Honorable Paul M. Blake, Jr., Circuit Court Judge of Fayette County, West Virginia, at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on November 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the petition to adopt said child. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. Please be advised that the parental rights of Walter K. Fitzwater may be terminated in this proceeding.
