The object of the above entitled action is a partition proceeding concerning a 38 1/8 acre tract situate on Oppossum Creek, New Haven, District, Fayette County, W. Va. shown on Assessor’s Map 34 as Parcel 69.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of certain of the heirs, legatees and devises of Harold Reynolds, deceased, are unknown to Plaintiff, specifically, Timmy Reynolds and Sandy Cain, it is ordered that the said Defendants do serve upon “Erwin L. Conrad c/o Conrad and Conrad, PLLC Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Drawer 958, Fayetteville, WV 25840”. an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 30, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
