INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Wash Bay
Garage Doors at the Raleigh County Board’s Transportation Department will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, 25801 on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2021 at 9:30 am EST, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Transportation Department is located at 151-B Cranston Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated.
Bidding documents may be examined and obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, 25801.
All requests for hard copies of Bidding Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than seven days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Bidding Documents requested.
The Raleigh County Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its procurement policies, practices or procedures.
After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be
withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
The Raleigh County Board of
Education or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
