Notice is hereby given the Fayetteville Planning Commission will act on an application by Austin Laurent and Dimitri Papazoglou, seeking to acquire approval of a change in land classification from R-1 to R-2 for property located at

Z-001-21 252 Lively Street, SURF 4.52 PT Bradford 4.52 acres.

The aforesaid application, Z-001-21 was deemed complete by the Town of Fayetteville Zoning Office pursuant to Section 1003 of the Codified Zoning Ordinances of the Town of Fayetteville, a period of 30 days shall now commence to provide the interested public an opportunity to review all application materials relating to said application at Fayetteville Town Hall 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840. Copies are available at Fayetteville Town Hall or the Fayetteville Public Library 200 W. Maple Ave. Fayetteville WV.

On November 23, 2021, the Fayetteville Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing at Town Hall, located at 125 N. Court Street, Fayetteville, WV at 4PM to review, consider, and ultimately vote to approve, approve with modifications, or disapprove said application Z-001-21.

After the Commission reaches a decision, the Chair of the Planning Commission shall bring said decision to the Fayetteville Town Council at its next regular meeting on December 2, 2021 at 6PM. At this meeting, Council will receive the recommendation of the Planning Commission and vote to approve or disapprove the Commission’s recommendation.
