I, Patricia R. Boyd, born April 21, 1933, previously residing at 1300 East Main Street, Princeton, West Virginia, 24740, do hereby revoke and rescind the Power of Attorney previously granted to my son Bryan
Andrew Boyd, who resides at 2034
Parkwood Road, Charleston, West Virginia, 25314.
Effective immediately, Bryan Boyd is not authorized to conduct or transact any business in my name of control any of my affairs,business
or personal. Any and all transactions executed under authority of the aforesaid Power of Attorney will be revoked and held to be null and void.
