INVITATION TO BID
Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. will receive bids for the purchase of two(2) transit crew vans and two (2) transit cargo vans for the Head Start Program in McDowell and Mingo County, WV.
The bid should include, but not limited to, the following:
–Cost for purchase of a total of four (4) transit vans (2 crew vans; 2 cargo vans), including all specifications for each vehicle
–Anticipated delivery time frame
–Terms of payment
Bids will be accepted through Thursday, November 10, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of Coalfield Community Action Partnership Inc. Bids must be SEALED and marked HS VAN BIDS and either mailed to: Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc., PO Box 1406, Williamson WV 25661, or dropped off at the Central Office at 1626 Wet 3rd Avenue, Williamson WV.
