Notice is hereby given that MIDLAND TRAIL RESOURCES, LLC 100 BILL BAKER WAY, BECKLEY, WV 25801 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for a Phase 1,2, 3 release on Permit Number I073300 issued for 10.0 acres.
The permit is located in Meadow Bluff District of Greenbrier County, 3.0 miles Southwest of Rupert on Little Clear Creek of Meadow River of Gauley River.
MIDLAND TRAIL RESOURCES, LLC completed final reclamation on 04/28/2021 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $16,800.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address above until 12/24/2021, or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
