PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting of December 7th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Change in Land Classification, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
LC-51-21-1: At the request of Dawn Whisman – BM&W Properties LLC, owner, for a change in Land Classification from R-2 Medium Density Residential District, to B-2, General Business, on surface 1.11-acre, Turnpike, located at 3023 East Main Street, Oak Hill.
LC-52-21-1: At the request of Oak Hill Planning Commission for a change in Land Classification from B-2 General Business District, to B-R, Recreation Business District, on 1500 acres., A.C.E. Whitewater, property located in Minden, Mountain Cove District.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the December 13th, 2021, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Anyone wishing to be heard on this matter should be present.
