PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of December 6th 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-91-21-1: Request of Tom McGreevy, Owen Clark, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 1603 Ridge Road, Oak Hill.
U-92-21-1: Request of Ernest Kincaid, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 118 Wallace Street, Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
