REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PARK RETAINING WALL
PROJECT SCOTT STREET PARK, BECKLEY, WV
The City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia is seeking sealed proposals in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to furnish block retaining wall materials for installation by others at Scott Street Park in the City of Beckley. The initial project phase will encompass installation of a retaining wall for a new basketball court. Proposals are to be all inclusive of materials listed in the quantities specified including delivery and approximate delivery time frame if awarded contact. The Bidders are asked to provide length of time material quotes will be valid in order to purchase materials for second phase of project should materials be needed for additional retaining walls at various park play structures.
One (1) original and two (2) copies of the written proposal must be submitted to Ms. Angela King, Grants Administrator, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801 by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13th, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Scott Street Retaining Wall Material.” Only written and sealed proposals will be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the time and date proposals are due, will be returned unopened. General Specifications and Bid Documents are available and may be obtained at the following locations:
