REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids on the demolition of 2 residential structures in Rupert, WV and new construction of 4 homes in the communitties of Rupert and Ronceverte, WV. Said dwellings will be rebuilt through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Bids will be accepted at the GCHSEM office until 4:30pm, December 10 at 171 Arbuckle Ln, Maxwelton, WV 24957. All bids submitted will be opened at the Commission meeting December 14th at 10am. If a bid is awarded, all work must be completed by a specified deadline. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
