NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of December, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Alexis & Zachary LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Garage Apartment on property located at 474 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 18, Parcel 43.1, Raleigh County, West Virgina.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
