This is notice that on the 14th day of December, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Herber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Leslie Scott for the purpose of a Setback Variance for a storage building on property located at 176 Whitestick Road, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1006, Parcel 49, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
