NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of December, 2021, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Randy Myers for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Second Residence on property located at 120 Byron Place, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Pam 8001, Parcel 19, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to the heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
