NOTICE
The City of Bluefield West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors interested in providing services to demolish and renovate the Paine Gallery, entry into the gallery, and the adjacent men’s and women’s restrooms located in the Bluefield Area Arts Center at 500 Bland St., Bluefield WV.
Job description and specifications are included in the bid packet available at the Bluefield Municipal Building at 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV, or online at www.cityofbluefield.com/rfps .
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Bluefield Municipal Building located at 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV until 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:00 p.m. All submissions MUST be clearly marked “Paine Gallery.”
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, December 3, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at 500 Bland Street, Bluefield, WV.
