The City of Beckley will have a special meeting of Common Council on Monday November 29 at 5:05 pm for the second reading and public hearing of an ordinance transferring City property to New River Gorge Regional Development Authority to expedite remediation of the property. The meeting will be conducted virtually on Webex.
