NOTICE is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Smithers City Council on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 5:30-6:00 p.m. Due to COVID the hearing will be virtual by Zoom Meeting ID: 87358677161 Password: 610410for the purpose of authorizing the passage of An Ordinance To Enact A City Service Fee. Interested parties may appear by Zoom to the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the passage of An Ordinance To Enact A City Service Fee. Interested parties needing assistance with Zoom may contact city hall at 304-442-5282 during the days/hours below. A copy of the ordinance can be reviewed at Smithers City Hall, located at 2 Greyhound Lane, Smithers, West Virginia beginning December 1, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for declared holidays or emergency closing.
