The County Commission of Raleigh County, sitting in regular session this 7th day of December, 2021, does hereby ORDER the Clerk of this Commission to publish the following notice, as a Class II-O legal advertisement, in the Registered Herald.
NOTICE
Please be advised that on January 4, 2022, the Raleigh County Commission will consider the entry of the necessary Orders regarding changes in the magisterial districts, precincts, and polling place locations for Raleigh County. These changes are being made due to a shift in population in accordance with the most recent Census and the State’s approval of the Congressional, Senatorial and House of Delegates Maps. This will be a permanent change effective with the May 10, 2022, Primary Election. Any interested party may appear before the Raleigh County Commission during the regular scheduled meeting on January 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at 116 1/2 N. Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
