PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of January 3rd 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-94-22-1: Request of Elizabeth Morton, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 200 Woodbridge Rd., Oak Hill.
U-95-22-1: Request of Cheryl Lynne Morris, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.240 to operate a short-term vacation rental at 303 State St., Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
