It is hereby ordered that Phillip Dean Mills serve upon Rebecca Lynn Mills, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 222 Main St. Beckley, WV 25801, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before January 31, 2022.
