Notice is hereby given that LEXINGTON COAL COMPANY, LLC, 1051 MAIN STREET SUITE 2, MILTON, WV 25541 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1101 George Kostas Drive, Logan, WV, 25601 for a Phase 3 release on Permit Number U502196 Increment Number 2 issued for 12.06 acres.
The permit is located in Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County, 2.1 miles east of Twilight, WV (Nearest PO) on unnamed tributary of Lower Big Branch of Marsh Fork and Marsh Fork of Big Coal River of (Primary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of the Kanawha River (Major Drainage Basin).
LEXINGTON COAL COMPANY, LLC completed final reclamation on N/A and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $40,040.00.
