PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking the Partition of certain inherited property to wit: a 12.6 acre tract situate on Pax Branch, Plateau District, Fayette County, West Virginia as shown on Fayette County Assessors map 43 as parcels 98 and 122, respectively will be held in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia before the Honorable Judge Ewing, Fayette County Courthouse annex, 100 N. Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia on MARCH 7, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
Further, notice is hereby given that failure to appear at said hearing may result in a default judgement, and that any party may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these proceedings.
