NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of February 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Deanna Farmer for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Family Cemetery on property located at 573 Whitby Road, Coal City, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 26, Parcel 95, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
