NOTICE
Under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) must develop an emergency response plan, review the plan at least annually, and provide information about chemicals in the community to citizens. Our Mercer County LEPC is long-standing but struggling with participation. We are in the process of new Bylaws formulation and a participation drive. Plans are developed by LEPCs with stakeholder participation.

The Next meeting of the Mercer County LEPC is scheduled for February 3rd at 1:00 PM at the Mercer County Public Health Department.

A Zoom meeting will occur as well for those persons unable to personally attend and as a measure in the prevention of potential Covid-19 transmission.
