District Building Design
Guidelines Request for
Qualifications
The City of Oak Hill requests qualified organizations to submit proposals to produce building design guidelines and artistic renditions of selected structures in order to establish a vision for Oak Hill’s B1 Business District and provide language to develop codes and ordinances that will maintain that vision. Please contact our office for an image of B1 Central Business District. Building design guidelines will be required to compliment and coordinate with current streetscape designs under development. Special consideration should be given to maintaining historic characteristics that meet the 1920-1940 time frame as future plans include development of a National Register Historic District.
