VIRGINIA GAS AND OIL BOARD HEARINGS

Pursuant to Sections 45.2-1609.C and 45.2-1624.B of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Gas and Oil Board will hold its scheduled monthly hearing commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. 1. The Board will receive public comments.
2. The First Bank and Trust Company, Escrow Agent for the Virginia Gas and Oil Board, will appear to address the Board on the Quarterly/End of Year Report.
3. A petition for re-pooling from EnerVest Operating, LLC. Unit VCI-538684. Docket Number VGOB 18-0220-4158-01.
4. A petition for re-pooling from EnerVest Operating, LLC. Unit VC-536324. Docket Number VGOB 18-0220-4159-01.

6. A petition from Pocahontas Gas LLC, for (1) the disbursement of escrowed funds heretofore deposited with the Board’s Escrow Agent, attributable to Tracts 1B, a portion of 1D, 1J & 2 as depicted upon the annexed table; and (2) authorization to begin paying royalties directly to the parties to the prevailing plaintiffs: The Heirs of Mary A. Leftwich, including: Richard Leftwich, Robert Leftwich, Elizabeth Leftwich, Hnarakis Family 2004 Revocable Trust, Dennis Hnarakis, Bettina Crosby, Robert Blake Leftwich, Melvin E. A petition from DGO – on behalf of others for Pamela Hess, appealing the decision of the Director issued on 9/16/2021, for IFFH number 1018 regarding application number 48674 from Pocahontas Gas LLC, for proposed well CBM AA36A W/PL, located in the Garden Magisterial District, Buchanan County, Virginia. Unit AA36A. Docket Number VGOB 22- 118-4239.
9. The Board will receive an update of Board and Division activities from the staff.
10. The Board will review the July 2021 minutes for approval.
