Notice is hereby given that Panther Creek Mining, LLC, 250 W. Main Street, Suite 2000, Lexington, KY 40507, filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. I068600 located near Montgomery in the Valley District of Fayette County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until March 5th, 2022, or thirty (30) days from date of final publication.
