Notice is hereby given that KEPLER PROCESSING COMPANY, LLC, PO Box 1530, 2630 R.D. Bailey Highway, Pineville, WV 24874 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for 50% or more ownership change in permittee or its owner, 50% change in ownership of largest block of stock owned, and all officers for the permittee or its owner have changed on Permits E004500, O400603, O402496 from KEPLER PROCESSING COMPANY, LLC, PO Box 1530, 2630 R.D. Bailey Highway, Pineville, WV 24874. Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number(s) and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by March 6, 2022 or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
