And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Frederick St Hilaire IV and all efforts have been in vain
It is ordered that Frederick St Hilaire IV do serve upon Paul Blume, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before February 14th, 2022 7:30pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Frederick St Hilaire IV at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
