The Fayette County Board of Health is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the commercial building located at 142 Industrial Drive, Fayette Plateau Industrial Park, Oak Hill, WV 25901. Approximately 11,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Anyone with questions should call 574-1617. There will be an opportunity to view the building on March 3rd at 3:00 p.m.
Sealed proposals will be received at the Fayette County Health Department, 5495 Maple Lane, Fayetteville, WV 25840. Drop off or send in sealed proposals by 3:00 pm on March 10, 2022. Proposals should be addressed to the Attention of Board of Health Chair, Fayette County Health Department, 5495 Maple Lane, Fayetteville, WV 25840. Minimum bid is $125,000. Board of health reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Bids will be opened in a public meeting on March 10th at 4 p.m. at the Fayette County Health Department.
