Notice is hereby given that Kepler Processing Company, LLC, PO Box 1530, Pineville, WV 24874, has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 59.39 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840, for the renewal of Article 3 Permit Number O402496 to Other – Refuse Disposal in the N/A seam of coal. This operation is discharging into Big Branch of Guyandotte River and is located 1.0 miles Southeast of Wyoming in Center District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81deg.34’40’ and Latitude 37deg.34’14” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
