Notice is hereby given that Indemnity National Insurance Company (Former Island Fork Construction, LTD.), under a Surety Reclamation Agreement with WVDEP, has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for a Phase 3 Release on Permit No. O-3029-92 issued for 48 acres.
The Permit is located in Clear Fork District of Raleigh County, 1.9 miles west of Pax (nearest PO) on Toney Fork (Primary Receiving Stream) of Clear Fork of Big Coal River (Secondary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Major Drainage Basin).
Island Fork Construction, LTD. completed final reclamation on January 1, 2009 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bonds currently in the amount of $10,000.00.
Written comments will be received at the DEP address until 4/9/2022 or thirty (30) days from the date of final publication.
