64CSR30 Fees for Permits Change

Please take notice that the WV Legislature, during the spring session 2020, approved 64CSR30 Fees for Permits for the Environmental Health Section. On February 28, 2022, the Beckley-Raleigh County Board of Health approved the new fees to the limit allowed, effective July 1, 2022. Permits issued on or after that date, including fixed date permits with renewal dates of July 1, will require the new fee in accordance with the Legislative rule. The Beckley-Raleigh County Board of Health will be receiving written comments regarding the revised fee schedule no later than 4:00 P.M. on March 31, 2022. The Board will review all comments. Comments must be provided in writing to: Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department, Attn: Administrator, 1602 Harper Road, Beckley, WV 25801. Copies of the regulation can be obtained at the Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
