PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Jayden Grubb and Josie Grubb, shall be held before the Honorable Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Raleigh County Courthouse, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on April 20, 2022 at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that Alvin Lindsey, Jr. may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
