City of Oak Hill, West Virginia
IMPLEMENTATION OF
CHANGES TO
B&O TAXES AND MUNICIPAL LICENSE FEES
Notice is hereby given by the City of Oak Hill, West Virginia, that it will hold a public hearing on April 11, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV 25901.
The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the City of Oak Hill’s proposed implementation of changes to our B&O Taxes and Municipal License Fees. This proposal will be available for public inspection at the front entry at Oak Hill City Hall, Oak Hill, WV, beginning on March 11, 2022 between the hours of 7:00 am to 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
All interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing scheduled on April 11, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., and to present oral or written comments concerning the City of Oak Hill’s proposed implementation of changes to the B&O Taxes and Municipal License Fees. Written comments may be addressed to City Manager William Hannabass, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill WV 25901.
The first reading of the implementation of changes to the City’s B&O Taxes and Municipal License Fees is scheduled for March 14, 2022 during the City of Oak Hill’s Regular Council meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave. Oak Hill, WV.
