Rhino Development, LLC d/b/a Gray Fox Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at its self-storage facility to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of DANITA SIMMONS, Units #A132, C250, and B207.
Public Auction will take place ONLINE at StorageAuctions.com, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022 through March 31, 2022.
This is a full bin auction.
No Dumpster privileges.
All units subject to a refundable $100 Cleaning Deposit. Buyer has 72 hours to empty the unit or forfeit deposit and unit contents. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment accepted by CREDIT CARD ONLY.
In accordance with WV Code 37-14-5, a purchaser in good faith of any personal property sold or otherwise disposed of pursuant to WV Self Storage Lien Act takes the property free and clear of any rights of person against whom the lien was valid.
