REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS
The Mullens Sanitary Board, located in Wyoming County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining the services of a consulting engineer to provide services for the development of a study and report for serving the communities of: Maben, Otsego, Pierpoint and Itmann. The selected firm will work closely with the Mullens Sanitary Board and Region I Planning & Development Council.
It is anticipated that the consultant will be required to (1) make an assessment of the current situation (2) evaluate the various alternatives available, including individual treatment technologies (3) prepare a preliminary engineering report and (4) any other services necessary to thoroughly evaluate the communities needs and to determine the most cost effective means to eliminate environmental issues within the communities.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
Consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit detailed qualifications including technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, and related prior experience:
