The Raleigh County Commission is seeking bids from licensed contractors to construct a bathhouse at Lake Stephens in Surveyor, WV. The proposed structure will be approximately 31 feet by 28 feet in size. The exterior will be split faced block construction with a metal roof.
Bid packets are available at the Raleigh County Commission 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 1st at 10AM on location at 1400 Lake Stephens Road (RV Park/Campground), Surveyor, WV. Meet at the gate.
Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Raleigh County Commission 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801 by Monday April 18 by 4pm. Bids must be marked “Lake Bathhouse”. Bids will be opened and reviewed on Tuesday April 19th at 10AM during the Raleigh County Commission meeting.
