TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The object of the above entitled action is a guardianship matter whereby Petitioner is seeking guardianship of minor child, S.(O.)T.
It appearing that the identity and whereabouts of any unknown father of S.(O.)T., DOB: 03/18/2008, or of any unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that any that any unknown father, or any unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before April 18, 2022 otherwise, guardianship of the minor child may be granted to Petitioner and the paternal rights of the father terminated.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
