TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to quiet title to real property located in Trap Hill District, Raleigh County, in which Joseph Irvin Stoots died owning a 1/6th undivided interest, his heirs being unknown to Plaintiff herein. Plaintiff Lisa W. Bradley, is seeking to quiet title to the real property in which she currently owns a 5/6th undivided interest and acquire the remaining 1/6th undivided interest vested in Joseph Irvin Stoots at the time of his death, and any and all known and unknown heirs of Joseph Irvin Stoots.
It appearing that the whereabouts of any known or unknown heirs of Joseph Irvin Stoots is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that any known or unknown heirs of Joseph Irvin Stoots or anyone claiming interest in the estate of Joseph Irvin Stoots and/or the interest in the real property located in Trap Hill District, Raleigh County do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 208 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the civil complaint filed in this action before April 30, 2022, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him/her at any time thereafter.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office located at 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
