The Raleigh County Commission is upgrading our video conferencing system and is seeking bids for a new camera, sound system, and computer to conduct on line virtual meetings like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex meetings.
The camera should be able to be operated with a remote control. The room also needs two speakers. Microphones are not needed. A small mixing board is required and would need to be connected to the existing microphones. The bid must include installation and wiring. Wiring costs should be itemized separately.
