The object of the above-entitled action is for the Court to consider the PETITION TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY for the minor child Noah Alexander V., born September 7, 2018. And, it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that person listed hereafter, whose address is unknown, may have an interest in the subject of this action, to-wit: the paternity of Noah Alexander V., a minor child.
It is therefore ORDERED that DEWAYNE GRIFFITH serve upon LEAH R. CHAPPELL, Esq., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 122 South Court St., P.O. Box 326, Ripley, WV 25271, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before May 5, 2022. Otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against you at any time thereafter. You are further notified that a hearing on the Petition to Establish Paternity shall take place before Judge H. Suzanne McGraw, Family Court Judge, Family Court of Raleigh County, 115 West Prince Street, Suite B, Beckley West Virginia at the courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
A copy of said Petition to Establish Paternity can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her Office.
