NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated May 13, 2008, from David A. Carte and Teresa M. Carte to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 822, at page 665, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $111,920.24, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Fayette County Courthouse in Fayetteville, West Virginia on April 22, 2022 at 9:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described real estate, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia, ad being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin count, said pin is situate in the line of an old road and Joe and Denise Roberts; thence with said line N 65deg. 10′ E 178 feet (leaving Roberts at 68 feet); thence N 81deg. 34′ 106 feet to the line of Charles W. and Patsy M. Bibbee and Jobill and Mary S. Campbell; thence with said line N 18deg. 34′ W 236 feet to an iron pin in the southern line of an old road; thence with the road S 40deg. 00′ W 200 feet; thence S 18deg. 00 W 121 feet more or less to the beginning, and containing 0.83 acres more or less, designated as Tract A as shown on that certain map prepared by Cody Surveying and Engineering Services, Inc., Paul Cody, R.P.E., dated 8 March 1990, Scale 1″ = 100′.
Being the same property conveyed from David A. Carte to David A. Carte and Teresa M. Carte, husband and wife, by Deed dated May 13, 2008, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 639, at page 423.
Terms of the sale: Ten percent non-refundable cash deposit due at sale. Ninety percent balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
