Notice is nearby given that on the 2oth of April, 2022, at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Holly Renne Johnson will apply by petition to the Family Court of Fayette County, WV, for the entry of an order by said court to change his name from Holly Renee Johnson to Xander Johnson, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard if they do desire.
