NOTICE TO VOTERS
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 4A, Section 13 of the Code of West Virginia, Notice is hereby given that a test of the Electronic Voting Systems Ballot and Vote Recording Devices will be conducted on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. on the basement floor of the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley; for the purpose of ascertaining the accuracy of the equipment to be used during Early Voting for the May 10, 2022 Primary Election. Representatives of the political parties, the press and the public are invited to witness the proceedings.
