NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 17th day of May, 2022, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Julie Pittman for the purpose of minimum square footage variance on property located at 122 Blackhawk Lane, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 4003, Parcel 24.2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by May 16th, 2022, will be considered.
