AN ORDER APPROVING EMERGENCY CHANGE OF POLLING PLACE
WHEREAS, the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, was heretofore advised of the need to change a polling place in Fayette County, and the need to change the location of any polling places whenever the public convenience may require it in accordance with §3-1-7 of the Code of West Virgina, as amended;
WHEREAS, THE County Commission of Fayette County has been advised of the need to change the current polling place for Precinct 65.
NOW THEREFORE, Be It and It Is Hereby Resolved and Ordered by the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, as follows:
For voting purposes, the following change in location of a polling place in Fayette County effective for the 2022 Primary and all subsequent elections shall hereupon be known:
