NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF
ZONING APPEALS
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, the 15th day of June 2022 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of Beckley Area Foundation, Inc., owner, CENTEC Engineering, agent, requesting a Conditional Use Permit to have a parking lot across from their office located at 1210 S. Kanawha Street in a B-1 Zone. The parking lot will be at the corner of S. Kanawha Street and Russell Street (Tax Map 41, Parcel 157).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
