The Housing Authority of the City of Mount Hope is soliciting sealed bids for the following equipment:

2004 Chevrolet Colorado Extended Cab; VIN 1GCDT196348150049; Mileage: 99,107.
2007 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab; VIN 1GCDT13E478106470; Mileage: 64,389
2009 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab; VIN 1GCEK19C192124726; Mileage: 136,339
Sealed bids will be taken. All bids are to be received on or before May 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM, at which point the bids will be opened and read publicly. If you are not present, you will be contacted the following day, so please make sure you include contact information. Bids will be awarded to the HIGHEST bidder. The vehicle may be viewed at the office located at 9B Midtown Terrace, Mount Hope, WV between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The vehicle is to be sold as is with no express or implied warranty of any kind. Certified checks, money orders or cash will be accepted at the time the bid is awarded. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Please mail or bring sealed bid addressed to Mount Hope Housing Authority, Attention Stormy Parsons, 9B Midtown Terrace, Mount Hope, WV 25880. Bids must be CLEARLY marked that they are sealed bids for the vehicle of their choice. You may bid on more than one vehicle.
